Refund policy
EXCHANGES:
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you need to exchange an item for another size, please contact us within 7 business days (not including holidays) of receiving your order. You can email us at info@j-scrub.com, with the order number and your size exchange request.
All exchanged items must be in re-salable condition having not been worn, altered, or damaged. All tags must be attached and original packaging must be in-tact.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
We are unable to offer refunds, returns or cancellations. All sales are final. All customers agree to reading terms/conditions prior to checkout. J. SCRUB INC reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. We are not responsible for packages that may be lost, but are marked as delivered as well as packages in-transit.
FAULTY/WRONG ITEMS:
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect or simply the wrong item, please immediately contact us within 2 business days (not including holidays) at info@j-scrub.com and email us a brief description and a photo or two showing the defect/fault.
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 7 days of receiving. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of misuse are not considered to be faulty.
All tags must be attached and original packaging must be in-tact.
